Cartoon Capers 2024
It was great to be invited back to Hythe for this years ‘Cartoon Capers’ as part of the 2024 Waterside Arts Festival. A lovely creative festival involving the whole community. Actually got featured on the poster n’all!
Last year we painted ‘Aunty Sally’ or Peep boards… the type you stick your head through at the seaside.
This year however was the more traditional live drawing of large cartoons in front of the public along the theme of ‘Speechless’. So I ended up drawing an old favourite. Great fun but the weather however was rotten so it was a good job we had some cover.
